How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2 days of receiving full payment. Shipping can take from 5-7 business days (within Australia) through AusPost - this will vary depending on location. If you are picking up your stock locally we will coordinate via email and Facebook for time and location.
If there are delays or complications with your order please contact us right away via email@example.com and we will take care of you.
Will my order have tracking?
Yes, as soon as we ship your order we will provide you with your tracking ID with AusPost
What is your refund and/or exchange policy?
Faulty: If an item is faulty, please contact us right away via firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photo of the faulty item and send the item back to us (shipping costs are covered).Once we have confirmed that the item is eligible for replacement we will notify you as soon as it has been dispatched.
Full Refund: If an item is unsatisfactory and a full refund is required, please contact us right away via email@example.com and send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will notify you and will organise the full refund on your purchased item.
Exchange: We know that you’ll love your new threads, but in the event that an exchange is required, please be sure to contact us right away via firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss exchange details and stock availability. Please ensure the purchased item is in new condition as Mind Society reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for and items damaged from general wear and use.
Lost Package: As we ship with AusPost we ensure each parcel sent has tracking in order to prevent any loss, however, in the unlikely event that your purchase has been lost please contact us right away via email@example.com and we will organise a replacement.
Can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled before it is shipped. After an order has been shipped we cannot cancel an order.
Can I make changes to or add to my current order?
Once a purchase has been shipped we cannot amend any orders. If there are any changes that need to be made before we ship out your purchase, please contact us right away via firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship internationally?
We do have international purchase options, however, please contact us via email@example.com if your country is not listed.
What type of payments do you take?
We take payments accept Paypal and Credit Card and Debit Card Transactions.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online but any developments on this will be updated through our newsletter.
Can I lay-by?
Unfortunately, we do not accept lay-by.
How many items can I purchase at one time?
Currently we have no limit, however, if you require large quantities please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise your order with you personally.
